The Federal Ministry of Health deals with the preparation of draft laws, legal ordinances and administrative regulations. With its headquarters in Bonn and Berlin, they strive to secure and develop the statutory health and long-term care insurance. THE BMG defines the code / guideline, which includes the production of medicinal products and medical devices, their clinical testing, approval and placing on the market as well as monitoring. The aim is to ensure the quality, efficacy and safety and the continuous development and support of medical research to ensure a constantly improved care of society.
